How Do I Request a Service?

Select the desired service from the services page by clicking on the stripe link. Enter payment information along with instructions (if any). Send your resume to Jennifer@Transformativeresumes.com. Once payment is received, you will be contacted by a representative within 24 hours. Be sure to include all required contact information to avoid delays.

Revisions and Edits

The Client is entitled to two (2) rounds of revisions to the deliverables, provided that: Revision requests are communicated within seven (7) days of receiving the draft. Requested changes are reasonable and within the scope of the original service. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be billed at the Service Provider’s current hourly or per-edit rate.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are nonrefundable once work has begun. No work will begin until full payment has been received.

What is the Turnaround Time?

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the Service Provider will deliver the first draft or completed service within seven (7) business days from the date full payment and all required materials are received from the Client. Delays due to late submission of information, materials, or feedback from the Client are not the responsibility of the Service Provider and may extend turnaround times.
